How to Book
First check availability by clicking here.
If the date you require is free bookings can be made either manually or online
Online booking
If you have not made an online booking before read the Customer User Guide which takes you through the booking procedure.
You will be asked to agree to the Hall Terms and Conditions (June 24) and there is a link and a check box where you will have to confirm you agree to these.
If you have booked before, simply check the date you require here and click on the + in the date you require. You can then make your booking and pay.
Manual Bookings

To make a manual booking download and complete the Application-to-Hire Form and send the completed booking form either by email to nympsfieldvillagehallbookings@gmail.com, or by post to
Marie Knight, Bookings Secretary
Vale View, Church Street, Nympsfield, Glos GL103UB
On receipt of the completed “Application to Hire” form the booking will be confirmed and an email confirmation sent.
Until the email is received the booking is NOT confirmed
Payment for Manual Bookings
For single bookings;
An invoice will be sent by email for the booking
Payment must be made before the booking commences.
Payment should preferably be made by transfer to:

If it is not possible to make a transfer, payment by cash can be made to Marie Knight Booking Secretary
For multiple bookings
An invoice will be sent by email for the months booking(s) at the end of the month.
On receipt of the invoice the invoice should be paid in full by bank transfer to:
